Latinxs in Literature: RECOMMENDATIONS GALORE!

by - 12:43 PM

Hello, voyagers. Happy International Women's Day to every single lady out there! We're currently releasing little graphics with a teaser of our favorite book written by women in our Twitter account. We're releasing them throughout the day and we just tweeted #2! You can check them out here.

ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ I'm Mexican [aka me, Silvana] and I love to see my people represented in books especially in genres that I like. It has been recently that I have seen more and more books with Latinxs as the main characters and not just the side-kick friend or the mean girl or just someone random on the street. We wanted to assemble a list of books that feature Latinxs [as main characters or love interests] in books! We hope that you like this list and you should tell us which book you find more appealing to you on the comments/on Twitter.

  1. Yay, great list! I'm from Australia so we have very, very, few Latinxs, but I'm all for diversity. Also, if all of these are as amazing as Ari and Dante, I must read them :)
